How long does a custom piece take?
Most custom Haqq Craft products require approximately 1 week for fabrication, depending on complexity, material availability and curing requirements. After completion, most Turkey-produced orders are air shipped to the United States. We confirm dates with you personally — we never promise a delivery date our team has not confirmed.
Will my table look exactly like the AI concept?
AI concepts show design direction. Natural wood differs from one slab to another, and final grain patterns, live edges, epoxy flow and natural character will be unique to your piece — which is exactly what makes it yours.
Can I choose the exact slab?
Yes. Our workshop uploads currently available slabs with photos, ID, dimensions and moisture status. When you select one, we hold it for you while your project is discussed.
Can you embed my own objects?
Yes — coins, stones, memorabilia, model cars, mechanical parts and more. Upload photos, drag them roughly into place, and our team confirms final placement and technical feasibility before production.
How does payment work?
You can pay in full or place a production deposit (usually 50%) with the balance due before shipping. We accept credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay; ACH bank transfer is available for larger orders.
How is furniture shipped?
Small items travel by parcel. Most tables and large mirrors ship by freight (LTL) or white-glove delivery, which we flag clearly before checkout. Pieces already in our New York inventory ship fastest.
What does "In Turkey" mean on a ready-made product?
The piece is finished and waiting in our Turkey workshop. It ships by air to the USA, typically in about 7–14 days, before final delivery.
How do I care for wood and epoxy?
Wipe with a soft damp cloth, use coasters and trivets for hot items, and avoid harsh chemicals. We include care instructions with every piece.
Can I see the wood slabs in person?
Every available slab is photographed and listed with its own ID and measurements, so you can choose online. If you would like to see a slab in person, contact us — we will tell you where that slab is (New York or our workshop) and what is possible.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes. Small items ship by parcel; furniture ships by freight or white-glove delivery depending on size. Shipping is calculated at checkout or included in your custom-project quote.
Can you help me with the design?
Yes. Start a custom project and describe your idea — our team reviews every design with you in your private project chat before anything is built.
What types of wood do you use?
Mainly walnut and olive, plus oak, poplar and other species when available. Each slab is listed with its species, size and photos.
Can I provide my own memorabilia?
Yes. Coins, photos, jerseys, baseballs, wine corks, keepsakes and more can be embedded or framed. Upload photos in the configurator and we will confirm placement and feasibility with you.
Do you offer local pickup?
Items in stock in New York can be picked up by appointment — choose "Local pickup" at checkout and we will contact you to arrange a time.
How does the design approval process work?
You design your piece and receive an estimate. Our team reviews the details, sends a final quote in your project portal, and production starts only after you approve the design and price.
