Terms & Conditions
These terms apply when you use haqqcraft.com (including our AI Designer), request a design or quote, or buy a finished or custom piece from Haqq Craft ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.
1. Our pieces are natural and one of a kind
Every piece is handmade from natural wood slabs and epoxy resin. Grain, colour, knots, cracks, burls, live edges and resin patterns are unique and will differ from photos, samples and other pieces. Small marks, natural checks and colour changes over time are part of the material, not defects. Dimensions are hand-measured and may vary by up to about ½" (1.3 cm).
2. AI Designer and concept images
- Concept images from our AI Designer are AI-generated previews to help you imagine a design. They are not photos of a finished piece and are not a guarantee of exact look, colour, layout or proportion. The finished piece follows the real slab you choose.
- Prices shown in the chat are estimates. Your price is confirmed in your final quote or order summary.
- The AI Designer is free, offered to customers in the United States, requires a verified email, and has fair-use limits. We may limit, pause or end access for misuse (for example automated use, abuse or attempts to bypass limits).
- Don't upload photos you don't have the right to use. Items with logos, brands, characters or photos of people are not shown in concept previews; our team plans those with you personally.
3. Custom orders
- Production starts after you approve the final design and pay the production deposit (normally 50% of the total, shown before you pay). The balance is due before the piece ships or is picked up.
- Custom pieces are made to your order. Once production has started, the deposit is non-refundable and orders cannot be cancelled, because the slab is cut and the resin poured for you.
- Changes after approval may change the price and schedule, and may not be possible once work has started.
- Production usually takes about 7 days and delivery about 7 days after final approval. These are estimates, not guarantees; drying, curing, weather and carriers can cause delays. A delay is not a reason to cancel once production has started.
- Objects you send us to embed are handled with care, but resin curing can change their colour or surface, and we can't be responsible for items that are damaged, altered or lost in the process.
4. Finished pieces from our shop
Shop pieces are sold as shown. Because each one is unique, all sales are final, except when a piece arrives damaged or is materially different from its listing. In that case contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will repair, replace or refund it.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax and shipping are added where they apply and are shown before you pay. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see your full card number. We may correct obvious pricing errors before an order is confirmed.
6. Shipping, delivery and pickup
- We deliver within the continental United States. Some pieces can be picked up in New York.
- Please make sure the piece fits through doors, stairs and elevators at the delivery address. Extra delivery attempts or special handling may cost extra.
- Inspect your piece when it arrives and note any visible damage on the delivery paperwork. Report shipping damage within 48 hours with photos.
- Ownership and risk pass to you on delivery or pickup.
7. Warranty and care
We guarantee our workmanship for 1 year from delivery against structural defects such as joints or legs failing, or resin separating from the wood under normal home use. The warranty doesn't cover normal wear, natural changes in the wood, heat marks (always use trivets), scratches, prolonged direct sunlight, moisture or temperature extremes, misuse, or changes made by others. If a covered problem appears, contact us with photos and we will repair or replace the affected part.
8. Photos and your design
We own the designs, photos and content on this site. We may photograph pieces we make, including custom pieces, and show them in our gallery and marketing without your name or address. Tell us if you'd prefer we don't show yours.
9. Acceptable use of the site
Don't misuse the site: no scraping, automated or bulk requests, attempts to break security or limits, or unlawful or offensive content. We may block access that breaks these rules.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.
11. Text messages (SMS)
- Program: Haqq Craft order and support messages — updates about your orders, production progress, delivery notifications and replies to your support questions. No marketing messages.
- How you join: by ticking the optional, unchecked SMS consent box next to your phone number on our website. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Frequency: message frequency varies with your order and requests.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Stop: reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. We send one confirmation and no further texts. Reply START to join again.
- Help: reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at sales@haqqcraft.com or (631)645-5414.
- Privacy: your mobile number and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes — see our Privacy Policy and SMS messaging & consent.

13. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the version in effect when you place an order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
