Privacy Policy
Haqq Craft ("we", "us") makes custom wood and epoxy furniture and runs haqqcraft.com. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, mobile number, email, delivery address, and the details and photos you share about your project.
- Your design conversation: what you type to our website design assistant, so we can remember your project and continue where you left off.
- Orders and payments: order details and payment status. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
- Basic technical data: cookies needed to keep your session working, and standard server logs.
How we use it
- To design, quote, build, ship and support your order.
- To send you the messages you asked for, including your design access code, a private link to your design, and updates about your order — by email, and by text message only if you opted in (see Text messages (SMS)).
- To keep our website secure and prevent abuse.
Text messages (SMS)
We send text messages only to customers who opt in. Wherever our website asks for your phone number (contact and Request a Call forms, checkout, the Design Studio, custom-order and account forms), there is a separate, optional checkbox that is unchecked by default. You opt in only by ticking it yourself. It reads:
"I agree to receive SMS messages from Haqq Craft regarding my orders, production updates, delivery notifications, and customer support. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. Consent is not a condition of purchase."
- What we send: messages about your orders, production updates, delivery notifications and customer support. No marketing messages. (Sign-in codes you request are separate, one-time texts — see Signing in below.)
- Frequency: varies with your order. Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out any time: reply STOP to any message, or untick the box in your account settings. Reply HELP for help, or contact us below.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase. If you do not opt in, we keep you updated by email.
- Record of your consent: when you opt in or out we keep a record of your phone number, the date and time, the form you used, the exact wording you agreed to and your checkbox choice, so we can honour your choice.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for their marketing purposes. We may share information with messaging service providers solely to deliver the messages you requested.

Who we share information with
Only service providers that help us run the business, under their own privacy obligations: payment processing (Stripe), email delivery, text message delivery (for customers who opted in to texts), website hosting, and shipping carriers for delivery. We share only what each needs to do its job. We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep project and order records as long as needed to support your piece and meet legal and tax requirements. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, unless we are required to keep it.
Your choices
- Email us to access, correct or delete your information.
- Text messages: reply STOP to stop them, or change your choice in your account settings.
Design Studio
When you start a design we ask for your email and send you a one-time code to confirm it, then a design access code and a private link. Your design is saved automatically. Designs that are not opened for 24 months are deleted automatically; we may email you a reminder before that. Anyone you give a share link to can see (or, if you chose so, edit) that design.
Signing in
To use the Design Studio, our personal AI designer and concept previews you sign in with your email address and mobile number. We text you a one-time 6-digit code (sent and checked by our messaging provider, Twilio), or email it to you if you prefer. This sign-in text is sent only because you asked for it; it is not a subscription and does not sign you up for other texts. We store your email and mobile number to recognise your account and to limit how much free AI use each account gets. We do not send marketing email without your permission. To protect the service from abuse, the AI designer is offered to visitors in the United States, determined from the country of your internet address (IP data © NRO, nro.net, CC BY 4.0).
Your AI Designer conversation is linked to your verified email so our team can help you: we review it (with the help of AI) to understand what you are looking for and follow up only if you asked us to call or email you, or about the design you started with us. You can ask us to delete your conversation at any time.
Children
Our website is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
