SMS Messaging & Consent
Haqq Craft makes custom wood and epoxy furniture in New York. Customers can choose to receive text messages about their own orders. This page shows exactly how customers opt in, what we send, and how to opt out.
Program summary

How customers opt in
- On any form where we ask for a phone number, the customer enters their number.
- Below it is a separate, optional checkbox that is unchecked by default, with links to our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions. It is never pre-ticked, never required, and not combined with any other agreement — every form can be submitted without it.
- The customer opts in only by ticking the box themselves and submitting the form.
- When the box is ticked we store a consent record: the phone number, date and time, the form used, the disclosure version and its exact wording, the checkbox selection, and the page and IP address it came from.
- We text only numbers whose latest record is an opt-in. Our system refuses to send to any other number, and a STOP reply is recorded immediately.

Opting out
Reply STOP (or UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT) to any message. We confirm once and send nothing more. Customers with an account can also untick the box in their account settings. Reply START to join again.
Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for their marketing purposes. We may share information with messaging service providers solely to deliver the messages you requested.
